#  Return to Campus Planning 

 



 The University has targeted a date as the date when staff and faculty will be authorized to return to campus. As we head into this transition period, work is underway at the University and FAS levels to prepare for our return to campus, from updating all HR-related polices to determining density requirements, to establishing vaccine protocols. The FAS has convened the PPRG Return to Campus Working Group – Faculty and Staff to develop an FAS-wide approach for campus return.

####  In developing an FAS-wide approach, the working group will seek to:  


- Ensure that critical work is accomplished effectively and efficiently based on situational needs;
- Strive for equity;
- Look for opportunities to create community, collaboration, and camaraderie; and
- Provide visibility into the process and the outcomes.

 This work will continue to be guided by the same core principles the FAS established at the outset of this crisis: to put health and safety first, protect the academic enterprise, leverage our breadth and diversity, and preserve access and affordability.

With the support of public health experts who have advised us throughout the pandemic, the University is streamlining the tools, resources, and strategies needed to ensure that the community can manage healthy behaviors and illnesses more independently. **The changes below will go into effect as of Thursday, December 22:**

- **Retiring the Contact Tracing Team and Use of Crimson Clear**
