Administrators' Town Hall Meeting

Administrators' Town Hall meetings are held every other month during the academic year, on the third Thursday in 2 hour time slots.  The locations vary so that administrators have the chance to visit other parts of the Cambridge campus. Invitees include the Department Administrator from each FAS department and they are encouraged, based on the agenda, to invite other members of their staff.

Leslie Kirwan, FAS Dean for Administration and Finance, chairs this meeting which provides updates from Human Resources, Finance, HUIT, and Administration.  Other University level offices, such as the Registrar’s Office or Central Administration often ask to participate in this meeting as it provides the unique opportunity of addressing such a large population of FAS administrators.

Administrators' Town Hall Meeting Calendar and Materials

The Administrators' Town Hall Meeting is held bi-monthly during the academic year (September to May).  The meeting is intended to provide early information and timely updates from FAS central offices (HR and Finance) and HUIT. The intended audience of the meeting includes department and financial administrators.
